Trevor Macenski

Trevor was an Associate Principal and Northern California Regional Environmental Manager of FirstCarbon Solutions, an ADEC Innovation.

He has a wide range of project experience developing environmental compliance strategies under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environment Policy Act (NEPA) for industrial facility expansions; well and drilling operations, residential and commercial projects; educational, correctional, and public assessment practitioner.

An environmental scientist, environmental planner, and project manager, he specialized in environmental impact assessment and urban and regional land use planning for both the public and private sectors. He possesses strong technical understanding of the Subdivision Map Act, the Permit Streamlining Act, and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
