With nearly 10 years of experience in various roles related to sustainability, May joined FCS to manage projects for clients worldwide to help them integrate efficiency and sustainability into their business strategies.
Prior to joining FCS, May worked with various industries in both the public and private sector, with the focus on quantification of sustainability data, corporate sustainability responsibility reporting, energy efficiency and renewable energy strategies. In addition, May also has experience in working with carbon offsets, local/international environmental compliance, green building strategies, etc. May helped an international action sports footwear and apparel manufacturer to achieve carbon neutrality through the development of sustainability initiatives and an offset program. Moreover, May was involved with the City of Santa Monica and the City of Los Angeles during the early adoption and development of sustainable city planning and green building planning.
May graduated from UC Irvine with a B.S. degree in Environmental Analysis and Design from the School of Social Ecology. May is also a LEED Accredited Professional since 2007 and is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin.
